Korean students are about to get a major boost to their educational options, thanks to a ground-breaking partnership between private learning firm C2 Education and college-prep distance learning school Laurel Springs. Both systems offer customized curricula, personalized attention, and a wealth of enrichment services, and both cite alumni in the world's most prestigious universities.

This new venture is "the first time a distance learning curriculum will be delivered in a classroom environment with on-site teachers", according to Laurel Springs founder Marilyn Mosley Gordanier. With Korean-speaking homeroom teachers on a physical C2 campus, the college-preparatory Laurel Springs curriculum will be administered - a unique opportunity to receive a college preparatory education from an accredited American school without having to obtain an I-20 or Green Card, or travel to the United States.

Presentations about the new program will be made to interested parents and students at five C2 Education Centers in Korea on December 22 and 23, where Mosley Gordanier looks forward to "meeting the parents of future Harvard, Yale, Stanford, and Princeton students."
