Laurel Springs hires exceptional teachers with credentials and/or advanced degrees. Additionally, we seek candidates with strong communication skills, computer competency, and a passion for teaching. Curriculum Design
Candidates interested in applying to develop curriculum for Laurel Springs should have experience designing interactive and student centered online curriculum, a teaching credential or an advanced degree in education, and examples of prior work. Design work ranges from design of new courses and development of effective assessments to the enhancement of existing courses. Qualifications include the skills of teamwork, successfully meeting deadlines, understanding of learning styles and learning theory, and organization and creativity.
